Meet Bob

My Professional History

I am a recently retired executive in the chemical & financial field, most notably, holding pivotal positions in international management. I am a proud North Carolinian, graduating from Lee Edwards High School in Asheville and continuing to earn a B.S. in Chemistry from NC State and a Master of Business Administration from UNC Chapel Hill.

My Personal History

Since 1990, my family and I have cherished Ocean Isle Beach and are excited to have chosen it as our full-time retirement home. My wife Debi and I are parents to three adult daughters and two spoiled rescue Bernese Mountain dogs. We are active members of Calabash Covenant Presbyterian Church, and both participate in a community tennis league.

Our Shared Future

I am excited to completely dedicate myself and bring my leadership skills to serve our town as your next mayor. I am a trained problem solver, a skilled negotiator, and an excellent communicator. This skill set will serve our town and its residents well, and I am anxious to embark on this new journey. Our future is bright.
